1）Three ways for affiliate referred members to open a live account:
   1. Affiliate himself opens a live account for his member via our affiliate’s area.
    2. The referral himself clicks the affiliate’s dedicated link to visit pai9’s website and open a live account.
   3. Put the affiliate account as ‘referee’ when the referral is opening a live account.

2）Rules and Management on the grading of Affiliates：

No matter what grade the affiliate is，for three continuous months, if his/her active member is only a minority (less than half) among all his registered members, the affiliate
will be degraded till to be unqualified.
